3.7. The horsepower allows the system to act as a freezer designed to remove heat from the product, as opposed to being designed to maintain temperature. The product reaches desired temperature at an accelerated rate.
3.8. Equipped with sliding doors to maintain temperatures during a continuous process. Sliding doors support unit performance compared to traditional swinging doors by decreasing the air exchange amount during workflow.
3.9. Ramps located at the entrance allow for easy loading and unloading.
