This is a greenhouse kit from Full Bloom Greenhouses. The Kit was purchased a little over a year ago but because of zoning issues at the construction site it was never assembled. All of the electronic components have been stored in a warehouse protected from weather and the elements. The structure itself is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. So shipping arrangements will need to be made unless a local pickup could be arranged. Titan Series – Greenhouse:40’x96′
This 40’x96′ Greenhouse includes:
– Engineered 40’x96′ (12′ sidewalls) pre-punched, pre-drilled semi gable
greenhouse frame (engineer stamped prints are NOT included, but are available
at additional cost)
– Insulated foam board for the base of both side walls
– 6 mil IRAC light diffusing woven Solarig 156 greenhouse poly covering
– Manual side wall rollups
– Dual 4’x8′ doors
– All necessary channel and wiggle wire
Titan Series – Interior Light Dep System:40’x96′
This Light Deprivation System includes:
– Interior “Pull-Pull” cable driven curtain light deprivation system for a 40’x96′
Titan Cathedral Series Engineered Greenhouse (seals better and opens wider
than a rack and pinion system)
– Additional Steel provided for hanging accessories beneath light deprivation
curtain.
– Pre-wired gearbox motor with reversing motor control ready for manual
operation with a switch or to be plugged directly into an environmental control
unit (Not included here, iGrow 800 has been removed from this package)
– W/B/W 8mm twinwall polycarbonate end wall coverings for durability, security,
and light deprivation, with clear polycarbonate above the light dep curtain. This
also upgrades the provided door.
– NOTE: This upgrade removes sidewall roll-up options from your greenhouse for
a sealed and protected environment.

Motorized Ridge Vent Upgrade
This optional upgrade motorizes your ridge vent kit for use with your automation systems
Manual Ridge Vent, 96′ Long
96′ Long ridge vent w/ curved racks and manual chain-fall. Provides an ideal way
to efficiently remove humidity and heat without relying on exhaust fans. Ideal for
high humidity area’s and cold climates.
Double Poly Inflation Layer
Extra 6mil clear greenhouse poly layer & inflation blower for inflation. Inflation kit
is for the roof poly only, it runs from one sidewall top board to the other. (Will
require clamping poly down on end pieces for maximum effect).
NOTE: If using in conjunction with anti-drip/anti-condensation treated poly, be
sure use the treated poly as the lower layer.
Evaporative Cooling System for 40′ Wide Light Dep (Titan Series)
Full self contained evaporative cooling system includes 6″ thick 5′ tall x 36′ long
pads coated on one side for stability and longevity, stainless steel casing, self
contained water trough, bleed line, float valve water hose attachment, and
mounting brackets, with 8 – 54″ motorized louvers and matching light traps.
Evaporative Cooling Ventilation Package – 40′ Wide Light Dep
This ventilation package meant to compliment an evaporative cooling system
includes:
2 – 50″ exhaust fans w/ timing relay to set delay between fan and intake
2 – 54″ light traps (for 50″ exhaust fans)
8 – 18″ HAF (horizontal air flow) fans, used for internal air circulation
**NOTE: Do not leave light traps flat on the ground in direct sunlight and make
sure to store/install them with the light blocking fins running vertical to avoid
sagging.**
40′ Wide Foam Board End Wall Upgrade
This upgrade provides insulated foam board and all necessary extrusions and
hardware to attach the foam board to BOTH of your greenhouse end walls,
removing the need for baseboard lumber and providing added insulation and
protection agains frost.
NOTE: This upgrade provides a full run of 40′ for 1 end wall and 2 – runs of 16′
for the opposite end wall, this provides space for 1 – 8′ wide door opening.
Heating:Reznor UDX 300,000 BTU Natural Gas Heater
Reznor Model UDX gas-fired heaters perform at 82-83% thermal efficiency, with
easy installation from either 2 or 4 suspension points, easy access to control
wiring, and an exterior gas pipe connection, making this heater perfect for large
scale commercial greenhouses or warehouses. The new series features the
Tcore2 titanium stabilized aluminized steel heat exchanger and single burner
combustion system with a terminal for fan operation only. Standard features
include single-stage gas valve, multi-try direct spark ignition with timed lockout,
pressure switch to verify vent flow, improved resilient assembly and housing, a
high temperature limit control, and an external status indicating LED.
