The Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in representing the company’s three flagship brands, taking charge of relationship-building initiatives both in-person and online, with direct reporting to the VP of Marketing & Sales. Acting as an invaluable extension of the team in the field, the TM will be responsible for managing and fostering positive relationships through various means, including educational efforts, brand-building activities, and regular in-store visits. In the online realm, the TM will be tasked with overseeing the provincial social media account(s) for the brands. This entails curating engaging content, promptly addressing retailer and budtender inquiries, and directly engaging with consumers to provide comprehensive responses to their questions and concerns. By actively participating in these online interactions, the TM will contribute to the continuous development and reinforcement of the company’s strong social media presence for all three brands, prioritizing honesty and transparency at all times. As the face of the company’s flagship brands in their designated territory, the TM’s role will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding the company’s market presence. By employing a combination of personal connections, digital communication, and brand advocacy, the TM will facilitate lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, solidify the brands’ reputation, and contribute to sustained growth and success.
