Key Responsibilities:
- Lead international sales efforts
- Business development – lean on your existing domestic and international network as well as onboarding new international cannabis buyers
- Communicate frequently with international and domestic customers regarding their cannabis procurement needs in order to create international supply chains
- Leverage new and existing LP relationships to uncover international sales opportunities
- Work closely with the VP of Sales, Sales Manager and CEO to develop and execute international sales strategies
- Meet quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- International sales experience within the Cannabis industry
- Cannabis network
- Experience with and building relationships with cannabis professionals and companies across Europe and other markets
- Ability to manage sales teams and or interest in developing this skill
- Proven track record of success and closing deals
- Customer-first mindset
- Strong understanding of GMP and EUGMP and other cannabis regulations
