Summary:

Customer service via operating and managing a customer call center. Duties will also include organization and ongoing management of customer database(es). Cannabis product menu management, light updating of the company website, and Office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and handling of all calls/inquiries, including taking orders and managing customer expectations for all Cannabis products available via our online site.
  • Organization, consolidation, and ongoing management of our customer database.
  • Daily Management of Cannabis product menu and corresponding update of the website.
  • Office management. 

Qualifications / Experience:

  • At least 12 months of experience with call-based customer service (management) and administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate has a college degree and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, excel, outlook, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A high degree of flexibility is required as the role is likely to be required to work cooperatively with others across multi-disciplines and may on occasions be required to work outside of normal working hours
  • Carry out any other duties that may be required of you and make decisions on any other issues that are likely to arise and would be within your areas of responsibility
