Administrative Assistant

Summary:

Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will be responsible for all company and office administrative duties including but not limited to; bookkeeping as well as organizing and entering data, maintaining records, monitoring and ordering supplies as needed and providing administrative assistance to the executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Embody company business mission, and strategy and act in a responsible, ethical, and honest behavior while consistently leading by example.
  • Reports to the CFO
  • Organize, investigate, and enter data, including AP, AR, payments, and employee expenses into QuickBooks
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Maintain and organize files and records
  • Provided analysis, reports and other tasks as needed
  • Assist in office management, including coordinating janitorial services, monitoring and ordering supplies when needed
  • Provide administrative assistance to the executive

Must Have’s:

  • Friendly, team-player, and enthusiastic with a passion for learning and ability to take directions
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, processing or Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Some experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting / ERP software
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and follows up in a timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, yet able to ask for support as needed
  • Excellent knowledge of computer software, tech tools and apps (MS Office / Google Docs, Gmail for Business)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
