Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Organize and coordinate media and events, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for all involved.
  • Stay updated on all new products and press releases from our key partners, providing them with the support they need to succeed.
  • Provide executional and promotional support for our event series, ensuring each event is a hit.
  • Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and helping to expand our client base.
  • Manage customer relationships and data using our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Skillset:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong focus on customer experience, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience working with a cannabis brand in product, media, marketing, or retail store management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have:

  • 1-2+ years experience in a similar position
  • Experience within the cannabis industry is an asset
  • High attention to deal
  • Experience with events
