Facility is comprised of 2-tiers of licenced cultivation rooms (10 rooms in total – 6 rooms on the top tier and 4 rooms on the bottom tier), 1 processing room and 1 nursery with 31 ft high ceilings, storage room with its own vault room, hanging and drying room, shipping and receiving area, mezzanine floor for extra storage, office area, wash bay space for cleaning and sanitation, decontamination space.
The facility is also equipped with lean programmed systems/technology featuring an automated fertigation, gas looping system, UV systems, 2 x POS system, 2 x CO2 tank system, and 1 x large H20 tank reservoir
3 Phase power with 800-amp service and robust natural gas service to support future upgrade to a standard category licence
Full production capability exceeds 400 kg/year of dried flower
Micro licence can be increased to standard licence in minimal time at minimal cost
